procedure on both sides.
Finger tighten bolts for
adjustments.
4 seater models: cut & trim
plastic panel as needed.
install center hinge mounts
in a similar fashion.
Rear Door “Hinge” Mount
First:
Install Door Coupler
(finger tighten)
Second:
Install Rear Door Hinge Mount
On To The Door Coupler
(*Note direction on bottom of bracket)
Left & Right should fit as shown in (figure #3 )
Third:
Finger Tighten All Bolts Loosely
*( allow for adjustments for hanging door )
Front & Rear
Door Mount Installation
First:
Install Front Door Latch Mount
(if not already installed)
Second:
(direction of the top outer tab, should face away from vehicle )
Bolt the (2x) Torx screws & washers to the front mount
(finger tighten bolts loosely for adjustment)
Third:
Bolt vertical latch bolt
Tighten loosely to allow for further adjustments
