Stock Panel Disassembly
(Similar steps for 4 seater “MAX” models )
Factory UTV Can-Am Maverick Door Kit
Save All Hardware.
Note placement
for reassembly
*( finger thread bolts In
place for adjustment)

First :
Remove Side Nets
(*see page #3)
Remove The Rear Quarter Panels
Second :
Remove The Center Panel
Drill out the (3x) bottom rivets of the center panel.
Gently Pry the (2x) plastic tabs along the top.
*(Save)
Remove the (2x) bolts from bottom front quarter panel
Pull center panel away & down from vehicle,
(*note the 2 tabs that mount under the front quarter panel for re-installation)
Third :
Remove Glove box:
Gently pry the plastic bezel Behind the grab bar,
in an up & down motion until free. Remove the (2x) facing bolts,
*(the bar should move a little as needed to reach bolts)
Close & pull glove box out
Remove the (3x) inner bolts in figure #3(.B)
Fourth :
Remove the Front Quarter panel
*(Note , if you have fender flairs, remove entire quarter panel #4 (.B)
(if you do not have fender flairs, you only need to remove the mid-quarter panel #4(.A)
Remove all other bolts shown as per diagram #4 (.A or .B)
