A. Read these instructions thoroughly. Get familiar with all parts and the corresponding drawings to ensure safe
and proper assembly.
B. You will need the following tools
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Nut Wrench (See Part #27)
- Hex. Key Wrench (See Part #25 and #26)
C. Lay out all of the parts on a flat surface and identify them by using the parts list provided.

after Step 1. Fasten
all bolts after Fig A.
Note:
When fastening each piece with bolts and nuts,
always use a washer (#23 or #24) between each
tube/bolt and tube/nut assembly.
Step 1:
Fasten the front and rear upright supports (#2
and #3) at the top by using bolts (#19), washers
(#23), and plastic nuts (#13). Repeat the
procedure for the other side. Do not tighten the
plastic nuts and bolts yet. See Fig. A – Step 1.
Step 2:
Attach the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth
(#1) to both ends of the upright supports (#2
and #3). Do not tighten the plastic nuts and bolts
yet. See Fig. A – Step 2.
Step 3:
Fasten the lateral cross braces (#5) to the
upright supports (#2 and #3) by using bolts
(#16), washers (#24), and plastic nuts (#12) for
each side. See Fig. A – Step 3.
Step 4:
Fasten the rear cross brace (#4) to the rear
upright supports (#3) by using bolts (#16),
washers (#24), and plastic nuts (#12). Tighten
the plastic nuts and bolts now.

Step 5:
Insert the leg caps (#14) into the base of the feet.
