OVERVIEW
BASIC USE
Press the lid release button to open the lid. Pull up it to the designated angle by holding the lid
handle. Below is the correct method of opening or closing the lid of the appliance:
Add the cooking pot and the accessories (if required) and the food to be cooked.
Note:
Do not stack the food close to the heating element, or the food may char.
Make sure the lid is closed. One hand presses the base button down. The other hand holds the
base handle to adjust the machine to standard orientation or tilted orientation.
Note: Refer to below recipe table to choose the correct cooking direction.
Warning: The lid cannot be opened when the machine is tilted.

Hold the base handle with two hands to move the machine back from tilted to standard
orientation.
Three lines (---) will be shown on the LED display screen once the machine is connected to the
power supply. Press the Start button once, and the appliance will enter stand-by mode. Three
zeros (000) will be shown on the LED display.
Press the menu button to select the appropriate mode. The corresponding default time and
temperature will be shown on the LED display screen. Time and temperature may be set
individually as needed.
If no mode setting is chosen, the product can still operate if time and temperature settings are
chosen. Press the temp/time button, and the temperature icon «C°» will be displayed on the LED
display screen. You can press the +/– buttons to adjust the temperature. Each press increases
or decreases temperature by 10 degrees Celsius. Press the temp/time button again after the
temperature is set. The time icon will be displayed on the LED display screen. You can press the
+/– buttons to adjust the time. Each press increases or decreases time by 1 minute. Press the
start button after settings have been chosen.
Once you press the start button, the appliance starts operation. The cooking pot maintains
rotation during cooking. The unique tilt function and non-stick rotating bowl continuously turn
ingredients for even browning.
When a certain temperature is reached, the heating element may pause. The heating element
will restart after the temperature has dropped. The process repeats until the set time is reached.
If other food is to be added during cooking, hold the base handle to place the machine in
standard orientation. Then, pull up the lid after pressing the lid release button. The product will
stop heating immediately. Close the lid after the food is added, and the process will continue.
Do not open the lid when the machine is tilted.
When the set time is reached, the appliance will make a sound indicating so. Unplug the plug
and take out the food. Handle the hot items with care to avoid scalding yourself. Place the pot
on a trivet to avoid causing damage to the table top.
In standby mode, press the PRESET button, then set the time using the timer button. The
default setting is 30 minutes. Each press is 1 minute up until 60 minutes. The time range is from
1 minute to 12 hours. When the time is over 1 hour, each press is 1 hour. Press the start button
after setting the preset time. Then press the menu button to select the appropriate mode.
You can also press the temp/time button to set the temperature and time. Then press the start
button to confirm the preset function. The cooking time will count down. The alarm icon «Time»
will be displayed on the LED display screen during the preset time countdown.
