2. Twist the valve cap (1a) anticlockwise to
remove it from the valve (1b) (Fig. D).
3. Place the end of the hose (7b) onto the valve
and screw it on tightly in a clockwise direction
(Fig. D).
Note:
the valve pin (1c) must be in the closed
position when doing so (Fig. E).
4. Inflate the inner air chamber to a maximum
of 0.8bar (12psi) with the air pump.
5. Stop inflating once the pressure gauge indi-
cates 0.8bar, i.e. 12psi.
6. Inflate the outer air chamber to a maxi-
mum of 1bar (15psi) with the air pump.
7. Stop inflating once the pressure gauge indi-
cates 1bar, i.e. 15psi.
8. Turn the end of the hose anticlockwise to
remove it from the valve, and place the valve
cap onto the valve.
9. Turn the valve cap clockwise to tighten it.
10. Check the operating pressure in the inner air
chamber and adjust it if necessary.
Deflating (Fig. E)
1. Turn the valve cap anticlockwise.
2. Remove the valve cap and press the valve pin
(1c) down.
Note:
if you release the valve pin, it returns
to its original position and the air no longer
escapes.
3. Press the valve pin down and turn it clockwise
until it remains in its position. The air will now
empty completely.
4. After deflation is complete, turn the valve
pin anticlockwise. The valve pin returns to its
original position.
Mounting the fins (Fig. G)
1. Insert the fins (5), with the rounded bottom
end facing forward, into the fin groove (1d)
on the underside of the board (1).
Note:
make sure that you place the fins into the
fin grooves completely.
2. Insert the pin (5a) into the fin box to secure
the fin.
Removing the fins
1. Push in the pin (5a) to release it from the fin
groove (1d).
2. Pull the fins (5) out of the fin grooves.
Use
Adjusting the paddle length
Before use, adjust the paddle length to your
body size. There are no universal guidelines
determining the correct length for any body size.
We recommend following this formula to deter-
mine the correct length:
20cm (8in)
You can also determine the paddle length in the
following way:
1. Extend your non-dominant arm upwards.
2. Use your other hand to place the paddle
under your outstretched arm.
3. Extend or shorten the paddle until it fits under
the wrist of the outstretched arm.
Important:
do not pull the paddle handle (3)
out past the "STOP" mark on the extension pole
(4).
Otherwise it will not be possible to guarantee an
appropriate level of stability.
Transporting the product in the
carry-bag
You can store the product in the carry-bag (11)
for transportation or storage. Disassemble the
product in the reverse order to that shown in the
"Assembly" section. Ensure that the product is
completely clean and dry.
1. Lay the board (1) on a clean, even, dry
surface.
2. Roll up the board and fasten it with the belts
(9).
3. Place the board, together with all other prod-
uct accessories, into the carry-bag.
