XII.Troubleshooting
There is a diagnostic indicator in the control panel. When the light is green, it
means the
chair is functioning properly. If a problem arises the light will flash.
If the indicator light indicates there is a problem, the user should turn off the
power and
then turn it on again.
If after turning the chair on again the malfunction continues and the light
continues to flash, please refer to the diagnosis information below for possible
problems and
corresponding solutions.
The diagnosis system
When the maintenance LED light flashes, it means that there is something
wrong with the wheelchair and an alarm may sound from motor, brake, battery,
wire connection, or the wheelchair itself. The cause of the problem may be
determined by the diagnosis code. The number of flashes indicates diagnosis
code. For example, the LED light flashes four times, pauses, and flickers four
times again, repeatedly, it means that
there is something is wrong with the left motor. If there are 5 flashes the
problem is in the right motor.
Please refer to the table on page 16 to determine the diagnosis based on the
flashes.

Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage voids this warranty. EZee
Life™ reserves the right to replace or repair any part that has become
defective.
The warranty does not extend to consequential costs resulting from the fault or
defect of the product: freight and travel costs, loss of earnings, or other
expenses that one may incur.
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and the original receipt must be
presented before any warranty options are considered. Please also be
prepared to provide the date of purchase and serial number.
