5. Mount the Manifold, Dry Chamber, etc.
Mount the manifold or dry chamber, etc. on the center
of the air inlet as necessary. To mount the device
easily, use 6 pieces of positioning rubber for reference.

7. Recorder Output (Trap Temp. and Vacuum)
Use recorder output lead wire for connecting
the equipment to the recorder.
Contact Tokyo Rikakikai for connecting cord
(provided with no charge) for the recorder as necessary.
Refer to the figures shown on the right and below for
the output signals for recorder.
6. Plug Socket
Plug socket on the left face of the equipment is used
for the dry chamber (max. 3 A).
* The power is supplied to this socket interlocking with
activation of the vacuum pump.
* Capacity of the socket is 3 A.
If any load (current) more than 3 A is applied,
safety device (fuse) will be activated.
As for replacement of fuse, refer to Sec. 7.3
