2 User Guide
2.1 Changing/Installing Batteries
To change or install the batteries in the iCAM501 turn the screw as indicated below
to remove the cover
Warning! ONLY Duracell Plus MN1500 or Duracell Procell MN1500 cells may be
used with the iCAM501. Note MN1500 may be stated as PC1500
dependant upon supplier.
Warning! DO NOT take more than ONE spare of Duracell Plus MN1500 or Duracell
Procell MN1500 cells into a hazardous area.
Install the batteries in the correct orientation (indicated on the enclosure) and close
the lid again.
Use a coin to turn the screw
anti-clockwise, the lid should
then pop up.
To close it again, turn the
coin clockwise, the screw
should click into place once
correctly seated.
