An MLC 52 RS controller must be used for this configuration.  The MLC 52 RS will

 

control the projector via RS-232, and the PVS 204SA by hardwired IR.  An IR driver

 

for the PVS 204SA is available on the Extron website.

  Connection of an MLC 52 VC follows the same setup as the MLC 52 (see  

figure 2-10), with the exception that speaker volume can be controlled with the 
rotary potentiometer on the front panel of the MLC 52 VC.
