DXP 88 series — resetting from the front panel
To reset the DXP 44, 84, or 88 switcher to the factory default settings:
1.
Press and hold the
I/O
button
while
you apply AC power to the switcher.
Press and hold the
I/O
button while
you apply power to the switcher.
Release the
I/O
button.
The Video and Audio LEDs
blink, then become unlit.
Continue to hold the
I/O
button until
the
Video
and
Audio
LEDs light.

Continue to hold the
I/O
button until the power-up sequence is completed and the
following occurs:
•
All LEDs light then go off.
•
The Inputs Signal and HDCP LEDs light and remain lit according to the current state
of each input.
DXP 1616 series — resetting from the front panel
To reset the DXP 168 or 1616 switcher to the factory default settings:
1.
Press and hold the
View

and
Esc
>
buttons while you apply power to the switcher.

Press and hold the

and
Esc
>
buttons while you apply power to the switcher.
Release the
View
<
and
Esc
>
buttons.
The buttons blink,
then become unlit.
Continue to hold the
View

and
Esc
>
buttons until all input and output buttons
blink and return to either unlit or to
background illumination.
