Replacing Exhaust Filter
Used to filter exhaust air from the appliance. The appliance must not be used if
there is no exhaust filter fitted.
• Remove the exhaust filter (25) by pressing down the release button and pulling
the filter out.
• Remove the filter (26) pad, replace or clean as described under Cleaning below.
• Replace the filter in its holder.
• Fit the filter holder in the exhaust port (4). Check the small lugs fit into the holes
in.the.appliance.and.that.it.locks.into.place.with.a.click.
Replacing Dust Bag
•. Pull.the.dust.bag.holder.(12).out.of.the.
appliance.(if.the.bag.has.been.used).
•. Replace.the.bag.if.full.
•. Fit.new.bag.in.holder,.ensuring.it.is.
locked.into.place.by.the.lugs.
•. Fit.dust.bag.holder.in.appliance.(see.
picture)..

Replacing Dust Holder
•. Grip.the.handle.(22).and.pull.the.holder.
out.of.the.appliance.if.it.has.been.used.
(see.picture.I).
• Remove the lid carefully (20) by flipping
the.lock.tab.up.(see.picture.II).
•. Empty.the.holder.
• Remove the HEPA filter by turning anti-
clockwise.(see.picture.III).
• Clean or replace the HEPA filter if
necessary.(see.section.on.Cleaning.
below).
• Clean the filter funnel (21) inside the
dust holder lid behind the HEPA filter.
• Fit the HEPA filter in the holder lid and
turn.clockwise.until.locked.
•. Replace.lid.on.the.holder.and.check.
the.lick.dowel.clicks.into.place.
•. Replace.the.holder.in.the.appliance..

STORAGE
•. Berfore.storing.the.appliance,.reel.the.cord.into.the.appliance.using.the.cord.reel.
button.(18).to.avoid.bending.the.cord.or.damaging.it.during.storage.
• Hold the plug firmly while reeling the cord in to avoid it hitting the appliance or
other.nearby.objects.
•. Store.in.a.cool.dry.place..Do.not.place.heavy.objects.on.top.of.the.appliance.
• You can park the floor nozzle in one of the parking brackets (on the back and
underside.of.the.appliance).
•. NOTE:.Remove.the.batteries.from.the.handle.if.the.appliance.is.to.be.stored.for.
an.extended.period.
CLEANING
•. Clean.the.appliance.by.wiping.it.with.a.damp.cloth.
•. Do.not.use.any.form.of.solvent,.or.strong.or.abrasive.cleaning.agent.
• Keep all filters clean (see sections on Replacing Exhaust Filter, Replacing Dust
Holder.and.Replacing.Motor.Filter).
o Shake the exhaust filter, funnel, HEPA filter and filter pad on motor filter and beat
them.carefully.to.remove.dust.and.dirt.
o Exhaust filter, funnel, HEPA filter and filter pad on motor filter can be washed
carefully.in.warm.water.
o. Check.they.are.completely.dry.before.replacing.in.the.appliance..NEVER.insert.a.
wet filter into the appliance.
o Replace exhaust filter, HEPA filter and motor filter pad with the same type when
worn.or.cannot.be.cleaned.properly.
