This query returns the number of available
wavelengths on the instrument.
*RST has no effect on this command.

The response data syntax for <NbWavelength>
is defined as a <NR1 NUMERIC RESPONSE
DATA> element.
The <NbWavelength> response is the number
of wavelengths available on the instrument:
1, one wavelength available
2, two wavelengths available
