Installation of the carbon filter
This machine is equipped with the active carbon filter. The activated carbon is charcoal
that has been treated with oxygen to open up millions of tiny pores between the carbon
atoms. It is used to get rid of unwanted odors (smoke, fumes, and animal odor).
Please note, the carbon filter is not washable, its life span is variable and depends on
the ambient conditions where the unit is used. The filter should be checked periodically
and replaced if necessary (normally, it’s 6 months), below is the installation of the
active carbon filter along with this unit:

Remove the filter frame from the unit.

Remove the filter fixer from the filter frame.

Remove the active carbon filter from its plastic
bag.

Attach the active carbon filter to the filter
frame.

Attach the filter fixer to the filter frame (the
active carbon filter should be hold between
the filter frame and filter fixer firmly).

Insert the filter set (filter frame + active carbon
filter fixer ) into the back of the unit.
