4. Instructions for use
Your Excel Sportrek scooter is a battery operated personal mobility vehicle. Before you take your
first trip you should familiarise yourself with the operation of the vehicle, and with all operating
elements. Take your time to test all functions and driving modes to guarantee yours, and others
safety.
4.1. Control

Speed knob; use this to adjust the maximum speed. You turn the knob clockwise for a higher maximum speed
and left for lower. Adjustment is stepless.

Horn; press this button to sound the horn.
 Hazard lights, when you press this button, both indicators will flash. Press the button again to lights stop flashing.
 Control lever, this is used to operate the scooter in forward and reverse
 Indicators, use these when any change of direction is undertaken

Half speed, push this button to instantly half the speed of your scooter
 Headlight, use this button to turn on and off the L.E.D. headlight which must be used when the daylight reduces as it
increases visibility of the scooter and helps the user see other road / pavement users
