Client and metadata controller computers need static (fixed) IP addresses for Ethernet network connections. Don’t
use DHCP to assign dynamic IP addresses to SANit devices. We suggest that you use the following ranges of IP
addresses for SANit private metadata network:
• Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
3.3 SANit Configuration
1. Enter your MDC* IP address in the URL of your computer and then
enter port number 85. See below:
