EMPTYING THE DUST BARREL
Note:
If the dust barrel is full, empty it as soon as possible
Locking clips
Release the locking clips to open the
housing.

Empty the dust barrel into a waste bin.
Note:
wherever possible always empty the dust
barrel into a waste disposal bin outside to avoid
any re-emission of dust, debris and allergens inside.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note the DV6 has
been developed to be used as a Bagless cleaner
however if there is a preference for the collection
and disposal of dust to be carried out via a bag,
there are paper dust bags available. Go to the
Ewbank website www.ewbank.co.uk and search for
spare code EWS4000

Replace the upper housing and
fasten the locking clips.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In the event of a major blockage or that the dust container is
too full, the vacuum cleaner will automatically stop working to avoid over-heating. This
will prolong the life of motor.
