3) Move down the wheel arch doing a lateral pressure in order to release the plastic hooks that hold it in its
position.
4) Disconnect the electrical connectors that make working the indicators lights and license plate light
storing also their position. Then remove the original number plate holder.
5) Assemble the Evotech tail tidy kit as shown in Figure 5 and Annex 1. Adjust the plate
’s
inclination
according to a maximum angle of 30° angle to the vertical line of the ground-level. Connect the wires to the
LED plate
’s
light (not included in evotech kit), recovering the serial connector or alternatively use some tie-
wraps.
Evotech led light doesn’t need any resistor to work
. Make the electrical connections of the
indicators lights.
6) Place the evotech license plate holder centering the screws into the holes that previously supported the
original number plate holder.
7) Insert through the wheel arch 4 M6 pan head screws and tighten them by an Allen key.
8) Replace the plastic wheel arch doing a lateral pressure in order to ease the coupling of the plastic
brackets. Then tighten the screws of the wheel arch. The one loosen in stage 2.
9) Check that all bolts are well screwed, check t
he plate’s inclination, the proper working
of the indicators
and license plate light and finally proceed to the assembly of your number plate.
