Controller types
Positioner (with and
without feedback)
With the selection of the integrated controller for "positioner", for
example, it is possible to use chlorineoverfeed control in
connection with a positioner as dosing equipment in a chlorinator.
If positioner feedback is available, it must be calibrated during
commissioning. Potentiometer 1 KOhm/5 KOhm or 0 – 1 V or 0/
4 – 20 mA signals can be connected as positioner feedback (see
section 4.15 “Actuator feedback”).
The positioner feedback can either be calibrated automatically or
by manually setting the positioner to the 0 and 100% positions. If
ratio control is used, up to 11 calibrationpoints are available.
These points can only be calibrated manually.
