Firstly, set BIOS:

setting to Raid, press “F10” to save setting. Please refer to

Then enter “RAID Configuration Utility”:

Serial ATA RAID volume could be set in the RAID Configuration Utility of Intel

RAID Option ROM.

After showing the above information, press <Ctrl>+<I> to enter RAID Configuration

Utility; and then press <Ctrl>+<I> again and the following screen will appear:
