4.4.3. CA Module
The user can monitor the health status of the CAM modules by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the
Descramble
tab.
2. Navigate to the
CA Module
section located near the bottom of the tab.
3. To navigate between different CAM module, click on tabs one and two for CAM one and two.
Name:
This parameter retrieves the name of the CA module.
Module Name:
This parameter retrieves the module name of the CA module.
Manufacturer:
This parameter retrieves the manufacturer of the CA module.
Manufacturer Code:
This parameter returns the manufacturer code of the CA module.
Module Status:
This parameter returns the error status of the CA module: Ok or Error.
System ID:
This parameter returns the system ID of the CAM smart card.

TS TREE VIEW
When a valid input transport stream is present, the user can navigate to the
TS Tree View
section to
view the incoming programs on the source TS. The user can view the
TS Tree View
by following the
steps below:
1. Navigate to the
TS Tree View
section and scroll down to
TS Tree View
.
2. Click on the service names to get a tree view of all the elementary components and PID values.
3. To navigate between different TS, click on tabs 1-4.
