VM Settings
VM Settings allows you to setup your Voice Mail.
Note: If you want others leave voice message to VM, you can set call forward to “vm” or “VM” by Call
Forward feature. And you can dial “vm” to access to your VM directly.
1. Select Menu > VM Settings from the LCD screen. The VM Settings
options include:

Visual Voice Mail
•
Record Greeting
•
Change Password
2. Use the navigation key or the key to view the submenu.
Visual Voice Mail
Visual Voice Mail allows you to review and delete your voice mail messages.
To review or delete your voice mail messages:
1. Select Menu > VM Settings from the LCD screen. Message LED will blink
when there are new voice mails.
2. From the VM Settings submenu, select Visual Voice Mail . Voice Mail
messages appear on the screen. User can off hook the handset under this
submenu to operate voice mail.
3. Select a message and four options appear: Play , Del , DelAll and Back .

Select Play to play the message.
•
Select Del to delete the message.
•
Select DelAll to delete all the messages.
Record Greeting
Record Greeting allows you to record your personal greeting, it can instead the prompt
words before leave message to VM
To record your greeting:
1. Select Menu > VM Settings > Record Greeting from the LCD screen.
2. From the VM Settings submenu, select Record Greeting . It’ll show
customized “VM Greeting” or “Empty” on the screen.
User can off hook the handset under this submenu to operate voice mail.
And user also can Up or Down the volume control key to adjust the device
Mic volume.
