Wire Feed Speed Control
This is used to set the Wire Feed Speed (WFS). This controls the top center numerical value on the screen in the
“
X
”.

Gas Type/ Mode
Select this function before selecting any other mode or function. The unit defaults to C25. This is to be used with Aluminum in
manual mode when
“
spool gun
”
is selected or for stainless if it is to be used.

Parameter Input Selection Buttons
These buttons are used to select the parameters for the PowerSet mode. The left button selects Wire Diameter. The right button
Selects Metal thickness. When the unit is not in PowerSet mode, these buttons serve no function.

Spool Gun Mode Button
Select this button when you wish to use the SM100N spool gun (optional) with this unit.

PowerSet Mode Button
This engages the PowerSet function which makes selecting the correct volt and wire feed setting much easier.

Voltage Control
This is used to set the Voltage. This controls the bottom center numerical value on the screen in the
“
X
”.
