Chapter 6 Software Instruction(PF9810/PF9811)
6.1 System requirements
(1)The operation system must be Windows XP or Win7 (Chinese or English);
(2)More than 2M dis space.
(3)The display resolution is 800
×
600 or above. 800

600is advised.
(4)One serial port of RS-232.
6.2 Software installation
Please inserts the diskette labeled
‘
EVERFINE
’
into floppy drive,GO
into the latest Chinese version of PF9810/PF9811 in the diskette,and run
SETUP.EXE,that is ,it is going into the installation process. The
installation can be finished according to the prompts.
After the installation is completed,the file is placed on the target path
C:\EVERFINE\PF981X_X.XX.
6.3 Software Use
The PC application software of PF981X is used to obtain the measured
value and the data of harmonic wave, which is transmitted to the PC
through the interface of RS-232. These data are displayed on PC and
stored in PC.
Open the PF981X software to show the login interface,as figure 6.1
shown.
Function modules of software interface are as follows:
(1) Menu: New,Open,Save as,Print,Set communication port,Transfer data,Set
total harmonic calculation method,Switch the software interface version of
Chinese and English and so on.
(2) Shortcut icon: New,Open,Save as,Transfer data,Show the window and so on.
(3) Main window display:normal measurement display area, Signal waveform
display area,Harmonic frequency spectr display area,as shown in Figure 6.1.
