After the LATCH harness

it will appear as shown above. NOTE: Make sure the

restraint, as shown.

Refer to your vehicle owner’s manual to locate the
lower anchors on your vehicle seat.
Attach the left hook

, to the left anchor

and the right hook to the right anchor.
DOUBLE
CHECK
that each LATCH hook or clip is fully engaged
by pulling hard on the LATCH harness.

Using your full weight, push the child restraint firmly
into the vehicle seat while pulling up on the LATCH
harness to tighten.
The LATCH harness must be as tight as possible.
If you can move the child restraint more than 1 inch
(25 mm) forward or side-to-side at the belt path

the LATCH harness is not tight enough. You will need
to try again, or find another location for your child
restraint.
