Using the Carrier as a Backpack
While supporting baby’s head and back,
fasten the side-entry buckle

Make sure it fastens with an audible click.
IMPORTANT:
Child

be able to sit upright unassisted (about
6 months old) and
MUST
be in the
face-in
position.
Sit down.
With carrier on your lap, have child sit
with legs straddling the carrier seat.

the child in it on your back as you pull the
parent straps
