Cleaning and maintenance
Make sure that the power plug for the patio heater
has been removed from the socket, and that the patio
heater is completely cool before cleaning. Clean the
patio heater using a damp well-wrung cloth and without
using any cleaning agents. Do not spray-clean the patio
heater, as the heater does not withstand water being
sprayed directly on the heating element. Afterwards,
wipe with a dry cloth. Store the patio heater in a dry
place when not in use for extended periods of time.
Help with troubleshooting
• Check that the power plug is plugged in, and that
the power supply is switched on.
• Check that the electrical circuit can deliver the
required wattage for the product. Ensure that the
voltage in the power socket corresponds to the
voltage for which the product is approved (230 V).
• Check the cable for damage. The plug and cable
must always be in good condition. If the plug needs
replacing, please contact a professional electrician.
• If, contrary to expectations, the patio heater still
fails to work, please contact the shop where the
product was purchased.
