4.6 Connection to Alexa Echo Plus/Echo Show
1. Insert the batteries. Join mode (Jin) is displayed on the LCD display.
2. Open the Amazon Alexa app and use the menu button on the top. Please choose “Add device”.
3. Afterwards, please navigate to “Other”. A new app page opens and shows the button “Discover
Devices”. Please press this button. Alexa will now search for devices.
4. Meanwhile, please press the blinking Boost-button on your Spirit ZigBee. The display shows InS. Please
mount Spirit ZigBee at the radiator. After mounting, please press the green blinking button to start adapta-
tion.
5. Meanwhile, your newly found device Spirit ZigBee will be shown in the app. Now, you can configure it
via the app.
NOTE:
If the connection cannot be established with the first try, please try to make a Reset at your Spirit
ZigBee (p. 12).
Afterwards, the display of Spirit ZigBee shows “Jin”. Now, please repeat the above mentioned
steps.
