The app does not show a WiFi
network under “My WiFi net-
work“.
- Check whether your WiFi network operates
on 2.4 GHz, as Comet Aqua can only be integ-
rated into a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. This can be
viewed in the settings of your WiFi router and
changed if necessary.
- Activate the location permission of your
smartphone.
- Allow location access for Eurotronic Smart
Garden App. In the “Apps“ area in your smart-
phone settings, you can grant the “Smart
Garden“ app location access again while using
the app.
Pairing failed
1.) WiFi password was not entered
correctly in the app.
2.) WiFi signal strength is too low.
1.) Delete your Comet Aqua from the app and
restart the pairing mode.
2.) Take appropriate measures to improve the
WiFi signal strength of your home network.
Login to my account does not
work
1.) WiFi password has been chan-
ged.
2.) Demolition of the existing radio
connection.
3.) The WiFi connection that was
set up was temporarily interrupted
(e.g. power failure, network cable)
