Inserting and/or changing the batteries

1. Automatic mode
As soon as you insert the batteries, automatic reception will be activated and search the RCC signal. Time will be set automatically. After
about 3 ~ 10 minutes of receiving time, if the correct time signal is received, the pointer will quickly rotate and point to the correct time
position.
DCF signal
This clock is designed to set itself automatically on reception of the radio signal coming from close to Frankfort in Germany. It allows all
European country within approx. 1500 kms radius around Frankfort to benefit from this radio signal. Summer and winter time settings
will be also automatic.
All is set by this radio signal which is received by the clock several times a day.
DCF signal reception
The unit starts searching for the DCF signal automatically after been start up. This operation can take several minutes to several hours.
Please do not hesitate to change of room for the first reception. The unit automatically adjusts depending on the signal every day at 2
o'clock, 3 o'clock, 4 and 5 o'clock 14 o'clock, 15 o'clock, 16o'clock, 17 o'clock.
2. Hand setting (if RCC signal is out of reach)
If RCC signal is out of reach it is necessary to set the time manually.
Push the « M.SET » button (button n°3) during 5 seconds each time you press the "m.set" key, the clock will move forward for one
minute. If keep pushing until the time is correct. Once you reach the time you want, release the « M.SET » button (the second is not
adjustable).
Without any action during 8 seconds, the clock will exit the hand setting mode.
3.Back to automatic mode
After pressing and holding the "REC" key for 4 seconds, the hour, minute and second will all quickly return to the 12 o'clock position.
At this time, the clock enters the manual forced reception state and starts to receive radio wave signals. If the correct radio wave signal
is received within 3 ~ 12 minutes, the pointer of the clock will quickly rotate to the correct time position, otherwise (i.e. in case of
failure to receive the signal), the pointer position will be recovered according to the time memorized in the clock and continue to travel
normally.
4.Reset
If you press the reset key (reset), all hours, minutes and seconds will quickly return to the 12 o'clock position, clear all internal
information, and then re-enter the automatic radio wave signal receiving state (initial receiving state).

Clean the product only with a dry or slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the unit.
