This knife sharpener can be used for grinding process by damaged or worn blades.

This knife sharpener can be used when the protection cover is in right place.
Before use
Take out the knife sharpener and the accessories carefully from its package. Remove the protection film. If
there is any missing or damaged part, please do not use the machine and send it to a qualified technician as
soon as possible.
4. USAGE
4.1 Before putting the knife into slot (1) or (2), make sure that the knife is clean.
4.2 Connect the adaptor to machine (4) and to wall socket.
4.3 Press button (3) to turn on the machine. (Illustration A)
Important:
If you grind the knife first time or the knife is very blunt, please follow the instruction 4.4.
When you grind the knife, please hold your machine reposefully by your left hand and put the knife into
the slot by your right hand.
4.4 Pull the knife through the grinding slot from left to right, as B1 (Illustration B). For a rough grinding, it
will be enough to pull the knife just one time through the slot (1) or (2).
4.5 Please pay attention to keep same frequency for these 2 grinding slots, to ensure to have same sharpness.
Pull the knife through the slots from left to right as Illustration B and C. Pull the knife quickly about 4-6
times on both sides of the slot and pull the knife slowly about 2-3 times (about 4-6 seconds) and then pull 2
times quickly (about 1-2 seconds).
4.6 If you want to test the sharpness, you can use the knife to cut something, but make sure it’s clean before
putting it again into the slot.
4.7 If the sharpness is not good enough, you can put it into the fine grinding (2) and pull the knife 2-3 times
from left to right. (Illustration C).
