MACHINE PREPARATION
1)
Supplies voltage to the electric panel.
2)
Don’t let unattended on the machine
3)
Control of water flow rate in the mixing chamber:
a.
Disconnect the water tube incoming in the trunket
b.
If the pressure indicated from the gauge is lower than 4 bar,
position the water pump selector on “Manual”
c.
If it is greater than 4 bar, position the water pump selector on
“Automatic”
4)
Open the water solenoid valve by pressing manual mode button
5)
Set the water flow rate suggested:
Cement type
: 600 litres/min –
Gaseous type
: 1000 litres/min
6)
Close the water solenoid valve by releasing the button and the water
flow stops;
7)
Connect the inlet water pipe of the mixing chamber inlet;
8)
To avoid starting the machine in "idle" status, it is necessary to let a
minimum quantity of water (0.5 litres) enter the mixing chamber;
9)
Open the water valve by pressing manual mode button for at least 6
s.
10)
Loading of the product:
d.
Load the pre-mixed products on the hopper cutting them at the
bottom with the cutting blade
e.
Flow the product inside the hopper
11)
Preparation of mixture:
a.
Disconnect the material conveying tube from the machine
material output connection pulling the side levers and connect it
to the service tap to than perform the internal wetting;
b.
Position the water pump selector on "Automatic";
c.
Start the cell wheel bringing the selector on "I";
d.
Visually inspect the consistency of the mixture coming out from
the material outlet connection;
e.
Increase or decrease the water flow rate incoming in the trunket
acting on the rela-ted adjustment valve till obtaining the wished
consistency;
f.
Stop the machine pressing the button “0”;
g.
Connect the material conveying tube to the machine material
out-put connection pulling the side levers.
h.
Connect the lance to the material hose and to the water hose.
