STARTING PROCESS OF MIXPRO 14  PLASTER

Mandatory for starting MixPro 14

•  1 water source,

•  2 electric power lines 16Amps & grounded

•  2 extension cords 3x2,5mm2 section  & maximum 40 meters long

•  1 water hose for connection and feeding the machine  or feeding drum when used

1.  Spray all over the rotor the lubricant with the white aerosol spray for assembly. Install the rotor 

inside the stator with the tools supplied with the machine (crank shaft ) , turning clock wise until 

the rotor does not move anymore further.

2.  Install the mixing shaft ( paddle) inside the tank and move up the electric motor to vertical 

position, insert the safety shaft in the two housings or holes designed for that. ( If you cannot fully 

insert the shaft, the paddle or Rotor/stato are not fitted correctly. you need to check).

3.  Check that the level of water inside the tank has reached the upper level position. (the highest).

4.  Plug in the air compressor as well as the Mix Pro 14 with extension cords of 3x2,5mm2 section 

(40ml max.) on 2 different electric power sources.

5.  Spray all over the rotor the lubricant with the white aerosol spray for assembly. 

6.  Install the rotor inside the stator with the tools supplied with the machine (crank shaft ) , turning 

clock wise until the rotor does not move anymore further. 

7.  Connect the water supply hose directly to the machine inlet or to the water feeding drum when 

used

8.  On the screen of the Mix Pro 14 monitor “AU is displayed  (Emergency stop), disconnect the Red 

button by turning it smoothly.

9.  “OFF“  is now displayed . Press “ON“ button (1)

10. Connect the small water hose on the exit valve (on the machine side).

11. Open water source ( also the valve on water drum when used )

12. Drain the machine by opening the drain valve on the side  

13. Close the water valve on the machine and press (7)  button to stop it.

14. Install the Static Mixer at the output of the pump in front of the machine.

15. Connect the air/product combined hose to the Static Mixer.

16. Connect the air regulator as well as the spraying lance in open position and whithout the spray 

nozzle.

17. On the Monitor panel set the  product ( A )  display on 70 with the (+ & -) arrow. (4 & 5)

18. Push on Water (6) button and in the mean time regulate the water valve on the side of the machine 

onto 300 L/h on the water flow screen.(B)

19. WARNING, the water level does not arrive over the water entry inside the tank , if this happens 

open the drain valve under the tank.

20. Press the MANU (2) button , machine does start, verify the water delivery (300 l/mn).

21. Stop the machine as soon as water is coming out of the spray lance, by presing (2) button , 

indicator ( L3 )  does light

22. Press water back (6) button until water  reaches the level just below water entry

23. Place fermly one product bag onto the grid one shot (without splitting it )

24. Press MANU (2) button , the machine is starting

25. As soon as product is coming out homogeneous and consistant , press MANU  (2) button to stop 

the machine

26. Close the spray lance and install  the spray nozzle or on the curved extension (optional)

27. Start the air compressor

28. Open quickly and completely the spray lance , regulate the air at the air regulator until obtaining a 

regular spray pattern . Keep spraying  about 50 cm from the support.

29. If the product is too dry or too liquid open or close the water valve by quantity of 5 L/h
