6. MAINTENANCE 

6.1. CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. 

Empty the tank to the maximum without adding water inside.

2. 

Empty the remaining air in the tank using the drain screws (I).

3.  Open the hose to relieve pressure from the product hose and press REVERSE (3) for 10 to 20 seconds.
4. 

Clean the mixer first (if equipped), then clean the accessories (lance, nozzle, etc.).

5. 

Clean the tank (remove the plug (F) to allow water to drain, 

never run water through the full product 

hose

).

6. 

Fill the tank with clean water.

7.  Disconnect the product hose, press MANU/AUTO (2) to discharge any product remaining into the 

pump.

8.  Place the cleaning ball in the product outlet (A) and replace the hose.
9.  Set machine speed to 40%.
10.  Start the machine by pressing MANU/AUTO (2).
11.  When the ball comes out of the hose, press MANU/AUTO again to stop the machine.
12. 

Repeat operations 7 to 11 until water comes out of the hose clean.

6.2. CHECK-UP

• 

Every 50 hours of operation, remove the suction filter from the compressor and clean the filter element 
by blowing compressed air.

• 

Replace the filter element once a year (more often if the machine is used intensively).

The direct projection of water under pressure onto the control panel has to be stopped at 

the risk of water infiltration into the electric box. Proceed by simply cleaning with a humid 

sponge.

Disconnect the machine from the power supply before any intervention.

Before unscrewing the hose, make sure it is not under pressure anymore.
