4. USE OF THE MACHINE (continued) 

4.2. STARTING UP

1. 

Install the machine on a flat floor.

2. 

Connect electrically (16 A minimum plug, extension cable 40m maximum in 3 x 2,5 mm² minimum).

3.  Connect the hose (and its extension if necessary).
4. 

Put water into the tank.

5. 

Switch on the machine (button (1)).

6.  Set the motor speed to 40% using buttons (4) & (5).
7.  Press MANU/AUTO (2), the machine starts.
8. 

Wait until the water comes out of the hose (or the tank is emptied).

9.  Press MANU/AUTO (2), the machine stops.
10. 

Empty the water from the hose and drain the remaining water from the tank using the drain plug (F).

11. 

Connect the lance in open position without the nozzle.

12. 

Fill the tank with product. Press MANU/AUTO (2), the machine starts.

13.  Check that the hose does not clog (check the pressure on the manometer (C)) and that the product 

descends correctly.

14.  When the product comes out of the hose, press MANU/AUTO (2) to stop the machine and THEN 

close the lance.

15.  Install the desired nozzle at the end of the lance.
16.  Verify that the air drains on the machine chassis (I) are properly closed.
17.  Connect the air hose.
18. 

Start the compressor (button (6)) then set the machine speed between 20 and 70 depending on the 
desired flow rate.

19. 

When the lance is opened, the machine will start.

4.3. ERROR CODES

The different error codes show up on the display (K).

230 V, verify the fuse in the electric box.

Emergency stop is 
on.

Unlock the emergency stop button (AU).

Machine is in the 
stop mode.

Switch the machine on by pressing on the button (1).

Set the machine to "OFF" for one minute and then switch it back on.

Safety Sensor 
default.

Verify that the safety grating is properly closed.

If the problem persists or if in doubt on the good running of the machine, do not try to repair 
it by yourself or to dismantle it.

In the case of a traditional product, prepare a mixture of water and liquid cement and pour 
it into the machine. Start the machine with MANU/AUTO (2). Wait for the mixture to come 
out or until the tank is empty.
