6. DEFECTS AND REMEDIES
Defect
To check
Remedy
Lack of pressure or no pressure.
• Pressure of the rotor/stator
(shall not be lower than 10
bar).
• Install a pressure controller.
• Replace the rotor/stator.
Automatism does not work.
• Cable connection.
• Verify the connectors, cable
and lance contact.
After turning on the machine, it
does not run.
• The machine has to be in
automatic mode before it is
turned on.
• Verify the error code on the
(J) display - see "4.3. Error
codes".
The machine heat up and
short-circuit.
• Amperage of the site.
• The condition, the section, the
length of the extension cord.
• The length of the extension
cord (40m maximum with a 3
x 2,5 mm cross-section) has to
be completely unreeled.
In case of an unknown defect or a doubt on the good running of the machine, do not try to
repair it by yourself or to dismantle it.
