DMX-controlled operation
You can control the devices individually via your DMX-controller. Every DMX-channel has a different
occupation with different features.
The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX fixture address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the LED CLS-18 QCL RGBW 18x8W will respond to the controller.
Please, be sure that you don’t have any overlapping channels in order to control each LED CLS-18 QCL
RGBW 18x8W correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX-chain. If several LED CLS-18
QCL RGBW 18x8W are addressed similarly, they will work synchronically.
The device has 4 DMX-modes.
If you set, for example, the address to channel 7, the device will use the channel 7 to 12 for control.
Controlling:
After having addressed the LED CLS-18 QCL RGBW 18x8W, you may now start operating it via your lighting
controller.
Note:
It’s necessary to insert the XLR termination plug (with 120 Ohm) in the last lighting in the link in order
to ensure proper transmission on the DMX data link.
