What Happens if MYBUDDY is
switched off or out of coverage area
The Amber and SOS Alert will not be provided to the Parent as the functionality of an SOS
is dependent on network coverage. If the product enters an area without GSM (or cell
phone) coverage, the GPS feature will not be able to report its current location to server
until it re-enters an area with network coverage.

Can anyone Track MYBUDDY paired
to My mobile
No, MYBUDDY data are hosted on secure clould platform, making it almost impossible for
any unauthorized access. An user's account is protected by username/password. Only the
persons you have shared the credentials with will be able to track.

Is the Accuracy of MYBUDDY Same
everywhere ?
No, In suburban areas such as neighbourhoods, houses, schools, parks, and flatter regions
MYBUDDY can receive a GPS signal better than areas with Tall buildings which block the
line of sight from the product to the satellite.

Can I create unlimited safezones?
No, Only a total of 6 Safezones can be saved for Each MYBUDDY Device. All EuroKids
school locations are also tagged as Safezones.

How Many devices can I pair with one

What is the radius of the Safe-Zones ?
The Safezone(s) can be created with a minimum radius of 100 Metres.

based features and may not work properly in an Tablet
