9. USE OF THE CABINET (OPERATOR)
9.1 PERFORMANCE
The Cabinet is suited exclusively to displaying refrigerated food/beverages:
•
PACAKGED
, with a storage temperature higher than 2°C/4°C in the “self-serve” and “se-
mi-vertical” set-up.
The cabinet is
NOT suitable
for lowering the temperature of the product but only for maintai-
ning it.
The goods placed inside the cabinet
MUST
already be at the storage temperature.
9.2 LOADING PRODUCT
Prior to placing the goods, control the correct position of the display decks.
The goods must be placed inside the cabinet only when it has reached the temperature set.
Caution: do not rest the goods directly on top of a painted display deck
