b) Switching DCF Reception Off and On, Starting DCF Search

” (12) pressed for about 3 seconds to switch the DCF reception
on or off.

After switching off, the receiver display for the DCF signal disappears (lower
left of the display).

Right after activation of the DCF signal, the basis station scans for the DCF
signal; also see chapter 9. b).

Recognition of the DCF signal and its assessment may take a few minutes.
Do not move the basis station during this time and do not push any button.
If no DCF reception is possible at the basis station setup site, set the time
and date manually; see chapter 12. a).
c) Summer/Winter Time
Time for summer/winter time is switched automatically.
