10.2 Filling the fresh water tank
DANGER!
Germ formation in drinking water
Germs in drinking water can lead to diseases.

Only user water with drinking quality to fill the fresh water tank.
)
When filling the fresh water tank with a water hose, only use a drinking water hose certified by KTW and
DVGW [German Technical and Scientific Association on Gas and Water].
)
Rinse the drinking water hose regularly.
)
When filling the fresh water tank with a watering can, ensure that the watering can is clean and that the
water it contains is free of streaks.
)
Clean the watering can regularly.
The fresh water filler neck (Fig. 48, item 1) is located on an
outer panel at the rear of the vehicle.
1. Close the drain valve (Fig. 49, item 1). To do so, rotate
the drain valve clockwise as far as it will go.
2. Close the Truma FrostControl (see section “12.3.1 Truma
FrostControl”).
3. Unlock and open the water tank cover (Fig. 48, item 2).
4. Fill the fresh water tank using a suitable container with
a pouring fixture (e.g. watering can).
5. Close water tank cover (Fig. 48, item 2).

10.3 Filling the water system
1. Fill the fresh water tank (see 10.2).
2. Switch on the main switch and the water pump on the on-board control (see section “11.5 On-board control”).
Filling the hot water pipes with water:
3. Open all taps and shower heads in the "hot" position.
4. Leave all taps open until the water flows out without bubbles.
Filling the cold water pipes with water:
5. Open all taps and shower heads in the "cold" position.
6. Leave all taps open until the water flows out without bubbles.
7. Close all taps.
