Baud rate: 300 - 115200
Data bit: 5,6,7,8
Parity checking: N(No checking), E(Even checking),
O(Odd checking), M(Mark checking), S(Spacing checking)
Stopping bit: 1, 1.5, 2
Flow control: N(No), H(Hard), S(Soft)
To change baud rate only, the command can be simplified to
"AT+ SERPORT =baud rate", for example "AT+ SERPORT
=9600".
2. Support "AT+SERPORT?" to check the attributes of the
DTU's serial port.
3. Support "AT+HBI=heart-beat interval" to set DTU's
heartbeat parameter, the heart-beat timeout is set
automatically to 3 times of heart-beat interval.
MD-309 2.4.7 and higher versions support the following list of
AT commands.

2. AT+MSERVER=addr,port
Set address and port of the new data center
3. AT+UPDATE=url,md5
Send command of firmware update
4. AT+REBOOT Reboot
5. AT+UPDATEALL=url,md5
Send command of firmware update, and clean all
configurations after update.
6. AT+SERPORT=9600,8,N,1,N
Set serial port attributes, it allows to set only those that
are needed, for example AT+SERPORT=9600
