5. Set the Operation Mode to LOAD on page 1
of the touchscreen operation page
6. At the rear of the distributor, set or confirm
the following:
• Tank valve closed
• Return valve open
• Bar suck back valve(s) closed
• Master hand spray valve closed
• Transfer line suck back valve closed
• Transfer line valve closed
• Flush valve closed
• Load and transfer line caps are in place
and secured
7. Press the green START PUMP button.
8. Slightly drag the Pump Speed slider to the right
so the asphalt pump begins to spin slowly.
9. Remove the load line cap.
10. Connect the load line to the supply tank through
an asphalt hose.
11. Open the tank valve on the supply tank.
12. Increase the Pump Speed slider to the desired
rate.
a. A rate of 100 GPM (380 LPM) is recom-
mended to begin the LOAD operation. The
rate can be increased to any speed at any
time after loading has begun.
b.The slider can be dragged on the touch-
screen. The plus and minus buttons will
increase or decrease the pump speed by 10%.

13. When the desired amount of product is in the
Distributor tank, close the supply tank.

. Tank fill volume is always visible in the
touchscreen Header and rounded to the
nearest 25 gallons.
b.The rear LED bar has 15 segments that
each represent 1/15 of the listed tank
volume.
14. At the supply tank, carefully open the bleeder
valve or break the hose connection until a
strong vacuum is heard.
It may be necessary to reduce the Pump Speed
slider in order to overcome a vacuum when
breaking the hose connection
Elevating the hose above the load line con-
nection will allow for maximum drainage.
15. Disconnect the hose from the load line.
16. Replace the load line cap and secure.
17. If no other operation will be performed, it may
be necessary to flush the pump before stopping
the pump in the next step. Otherwise, go to the
instructions for the desired operation.
NOTE: The pump can be stopped and the automatic
tank valve can be closed immediately at any time
during operation by turning the EMERGENCY STOP
switch OFF.
