8. Set the Multifunction calibrator to 2V output, then press “SPACE” key to finish
You need to finish steps 6 through 8 within the 20 seconds timeout period. You can
increase the timeout value from 20 to 30. If the operation has timed out you will see the
following Error Message, no settings will be saved to the modem in this situation:
ERROR: Wait Timeout

The X1 and X2 range is the number of bits that an analogue can be divided into and is from
0 to 4096. So nominally 0 = 0V on the modems input and 4096 = 2.5V on the modems input.
11. I/O3 is now scaled to -10 dgC to 50 dgC for an input of 0-10V. Readings can be checked at
various voltage input levels by setting the voltage input and sending ETRAIX, where X is
the I/O number
