terms of directive 2006/42/EC applicable to them as well as to the provisions of all other directives European applicable to them :

- 2006/66/EC (from 06/09/06) Concerning batteries and accumulators containing certain dangerous substances
- 2000/14/EC (from 08/05/00)
Noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoor
- 2011/65/UE (from 08/06/11) Restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
and guarantee that the ride-on brush-cutters, type A85, reference SKD meet the requirements of Directive 2000/14/EC regarding noise
emissions in the environment, and are subject to the internal production control procedure, with evaluation of the technical documents and
periodic inspection by a notified body, the CETIM, F-60304 SENLIS CEDEX.
- Average acoustic power level measured : 98 dB(A)
- Guaranteed acoustic power level : 100 dB(A)
and guarantee that the ride-on brush-cutters, type A85, reference SKD meet the requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC when they are equipped
with accessories of Chapter 13.
