Problem
Possible Solution
Scale does not turn on.
The scale may need to be charged. Plug in the USB
power cord and charge for 2 hours.
Reading is inaccurate.
Place scale on a level surface.
Keep scale away from dirt, dust, vibrations, wind, air
currents, and electromagnetic interference.
Make sure the screen displays “
0.00
” before measuring

Zero / Tare Function
, page

).
Display shows “Err”
Item is too heavy. Remove item from scale to protect
its weight sensor. Use a different scale with a higher
weight range.
Display shows “Lo”
Battery power is low. Plug in the USB power cord to
charge the scale.

tive 2011/65/EU, and its amendments, on the restriction of the use of cer-
tain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
This symbol means the product must not be discarded as household
waste, and should be delivered to an appropriate collection facility for
