Volume Mode Zero/Tare Function
1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
2. Press ON/OFF to turn on the scale.
3. Press MODE to select the Water or Milk Mode.
4. Place a container onto the weighing surface.
Press
ZERO to tare the weight of the
container.
5. Pour liquid into the container. The LCD screen
will display the final measurement.
6. When you are finished weighing your items,
press
ON/OFF to turn off the scale. The scale
will also turn off automatically after 2 minutes
of inactivity.
This function is ideal for measuring smaller items
that need to be weighed inside a container (e.g.,
spices, nuts, grains).

2. Place the included bowl or a container onto the
weighing surface.

Note: The Milk Mode accounts for the higher density
of milk to provide a more accurate reading when
measuring milk for recipes.
