8.0 mm hex key
1. Insert the 8 mm (5/16 in) carriage bolts through the appropriate star-shaped holes in the
yoke, and attach the 8 mm (5/16 in) flat washers and yoke locking knobs to the bolts. Do
not tighten the knobs at this time; you will adjust them later.
2. Position the yoke on the fixture.
a. Make sure the U-shape of the yoke is located on the same side of the fixture as the back
side of the mirror head.
b. Align the appropriate screw holes in the yoke with the screw holes on the sides of the
fixture.
3. Using the 8.0 mm hex key, attach the washers and yoke pivot screws to each side of the
yoke. Tighten the screws until the screws are securely fastened but you are still able to
pivot the yoke.
4. Rotate the yoke to the desired position. Use the markings on the degree label for precise
positioning.
5. Firmly tighten the yoke locking knobs to secure the yoke in place.
6. Firmly tighten the yoke pivot screws.
