Installing the maintenance cover
Reinstall the maintenance cover. Tighten the screws
evenly and cross-wise.

Place the insulation over the maintenance cover again.

Mount panel on the top
Remount the panel on the top of the boiler again.

2.5.6 Clean flue gas recirculator (optional)
Remove the panel on the top
Remove the panel on the top of the boiler.

Check air valve for flue gas recirculation
Manually operate the air valve actuator and check its
freedom of movement.

For manual operation, push the release button (red
button) and manually turn the actuator 90° with the set
screw.
