Clean flue gas duct
Remove the panel on the top
Remove the panel on the top of the boiler.

Removing the maintenance cover
Remove the insulation over the maintenance cover.

Clean inner walls of the flue gas duct (only applies
to boilers without precipitator)
Clean the inner walls of the flue gas duct with the
cleaning brush.

Check seal on the maintenance cover
Inspect the seal of the maintenance cover to ensure it
is in good working order, replace if necessary.

CAUTION!
Avoid operation with damaged seals
Never operate the boiler with damaged seals.
Otherwise, leak air is sucked in, disturbing the
combustion process and causing increased wear.
Always replace seals as soon as they are
damaged.
