connecting to an audio source
Direct connection to an audio playback device
1.
Plug the 3.5 mm audio jack cable (not provided) into an audio
source such as a smartphone, MP3/MP4 player, laptop, etc.
2.
Plug the other end of the cable into the speaker’s AUX IN jack.
3.
Switch the speaker on by pressing the button
for 3 seconds.
4.
The speaker automatically switches into Auxiliary mode. The
white indicator light turns on.
5.
Start the player and adjust the volume on the audio source. When
you are using the jack’s audio auxiliary input, only the buttons
+
and
-
are working; the button

is used to mute the sound.
selecting a light eff ect
The music playback can be enhanced with light effects generated
by your speaker.
Once the speaker is switched on, the upper and lower light strips,
the two rings and the two side LEDs are lit by default. You can hold
the press the button
for a few seconds to:
•
deactivate the light strips and only keep the two rings lit (1
st
long
press),
•
deactivate the two rings and only keep the light strips lit (2
nd
long
press),
•
deactivate both the light strips and the rings (3
rd
long press),
•
restore the device’s initial state with the light strips and rings lit
(4
th
long press).
After having started the music playback, use the button
to
select your preferred light effect:
•
Loop fade with colour change
•
Loop flash with colour change
•
Loop fade and circular mode with colour change
•
Loop rotation with colour change
•
Static mode (no colour change)
•
No active light effect
You can also press in quick succession the button
to deactivate
the light effects emitted by the two side LEDs.
